The main function of the compressed air dryer is to remove moisture from the compressed air, ensure the dryness of the compressed air, and ensure the operation of production equipment and air quality.

Main classification of air compressor air dryers
1. Refrigerated dryer
It mainly condenses the moisture in the compressed air into liquid and discharges it through refrigeration and cooling. Among them, it can be divided into air cooling and water cooling according to the cooling method of the condenser.
Air cooling type: using air as the cooling medium, it has a simple structure and easy installation. It is suitable for environments without cooling water, and its performance may be affected in high temperature environments.

Water cooling type: using water as the cooling medium, it has high refrigeration efficiency and is suitable for large-scale industrial production, but the installation is relatively complicated compared to water-cooled air dryers

2. Adsorption dryer
According to the adsorbent regeneration method, it can be divided into heatless regeneration adsorption dryer and heating regeneration adsorption dryer
Heatless regeneration adsorption dryer: removes the moisture adsorbed in the desiccant material by expanding compressed air. It uses the heat generated during the adsorption process for regeneration, so no external heat source is required.

Heating regeneration adsorption dryer: The regeneration gas is heated by an external heat source and then used to regenerate the desiccant material.

Adsorption dryers are widely used in situations where dry and clean compressed air is required, such as industrial production, food processing, etc. They effectively remove moisture from compressed air and prevent equipment corrosion.
